Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?

We ship internationally via Royal Mail, with shipping starting at £3.99 for standard tracked delivery (3-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays). For faster options, we offer tracked 1-2 working days and special next day delivery. Orders placed by 4 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day, according to your chosen delivery method. UK orders over £100 qualify for free 1-2 day delivery. Please note, certain countries may be excluded from delivery.

Where can I buy All Wear Jewellery?

All Wear Jewellery is available exclusively online through our website at www.allwearjewellery.com. At the moment, we do not have a physical store location.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Clearpay, and express checkout options such as Shop Pay and Amazon Pay.

What are your products made from?

Our products are crafted from either a steel or solid sterling silver base, then coated using advanced dipping and plating techniques to bond a layer of real 14k gold. We also apply a tarnish-resistant protective layer to help preserve and protect the gold finish, ensuring long-lasting quality.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email for my order?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there. Additionally, ensure that the email address you provided at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find the email, feel free to contact us via our online chat or at hello@allwearjewellery.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

What should I do if my jewellery is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, our Lifetime Warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement free of charge. To initiate a warranty claim, return the item to us for inspection by our team. Package the item securely, include your order details, and use a tracked or signed-for service, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns. Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number for any follow-up.

For items outside the 6-month warranty period or in the event of additional issues with a replacement, a repair or replacement fee of 50% of the original price applies. This adjustment reflects rising gold prices, allowing us to continue offering high-quality replacements at a sustainable cost. To proceed, please contact us via email for further assistance. If the item you’re returning is out of stock, we’ll provide you with a gift card of equal value.

What Is Your Extended Christmas Returns Period?

We’ve extended our standard 14-day returns policy for customers purchasing gifts during the Christmas period. For online purchases made between 14th November 2023 and 1st January 2024, you can return items for exchange or store credit* until 31st January 2024. For orders placed from 2nd January 2024 onwards, the usual 14-day return window applies. Please note, if you wish to return an item for a refund, it must be returned within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.

What is your standard return policy?

At All Wear Jewellery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our online portal. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered, and in a resellable condition to qualify. After the 14-day window, refunds are not available, but store credit can be issued for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns made after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note, we do not provide free return labels, and returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. Be sure to obtain proof of postage from your courier to track and verify the return. Without sufficient proof of postage, we cannot process returns for lost items. However, if you provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number, we will issue store credit for lost returns.

Misuse of products, such as failure to follow care instructions, exposure to water, chemicals, or unauthorised modifications/repairs, disqualifies items from refunds. Additionally, postage costs are non-refundable, and UK returns are subject to a £6 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

When will my refund be processed?

We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email update regarding the progress of your refund once it has been processed.

Do you offer free returns?

No, we do not offer free returns. All shipping costs, including sending the order and returning it, are covered by the customer. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty, we will issue a free prepaid return label via email, which you will need to print and use. If you don’t have access to a printer, you can pay for the return shipping yourself, and we will reimburse the cost in store credit, provided you can supply proof of the return costs.

How do I return my order?

To return your order, please visit our returns portal and enter your order number (beginning with #) and your postcode exactly as it appears in your order confirmation. For example, if your postcode is "NU77 9HB," it must be entered in this exact format, as the system is case-sensitive. Please ensure your return request is submitted within the 14-day return window for the form to process correctly.

What are the pieces made from?

Our jewellery is crafted from two premium base materials: durable steel and solid 925 sterling silver. We use advanced techniques to dip our steel-based pieces in real 14k gold, providing a high-quality finish that combines the strength of steel with the luxurious appearance of genuine gold. For added durability, we apply a tarnish-resistant layer to protect the gold and keep your jewellery looking brilliant over time. Our sterling silver pieces offer timeless elegance and are also designed to maintain their shine and quality with proper care.

How is my jewellery packed?

All jewellery is carefully packed in a protective, frosted AW-branded zip-lock bag. Every order includes one complimentary luxury AW-branded gift box. If multiple items are ordered and they don't fit into a single box, we will provide an additional gift box free of charge. Each box comes with a protective AW-branded sleeve and is packaged in a black bubble mailer for extra protection. In some cases where two boxes are provided, we may use a cardboard e-commerce box for added security. If you require additional boxes, you can order them here.

Can I get my pieces wet?

While we recommend avoiding water exposure to preserve the finish of your jewellery, if your pieces do get wet, it's best to dry them as soon as possible with a soft cloth. This helps maintain their shine and prevents any potential damage over time, especially for gold-dipped items.

Are they safe for my skin?

Yes, our jewellery is designed to be safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. We use high-quality materials like steel and 925 sterling silver as base metals, and our pieces are dipped in real 14k gold. However, if you have specific allergies or sensitivities to certain metals, we recommend checking the materials list before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your skin.

Why is my jewellery shorter than listed?

Due to the design and link size of certain styles, like curb chains, the actual length can sometimes be slightly shorter than the listed measurement. For example, a 20-inch chain may measure around 19.7 inches. This minor difference, often just a few millimeters, is due to the way the links are crafted and assembled. Rest assured, this does not affect the overall look or fit of the piece.

Will my jewellery fade over time?

Our jewellery is designed for durability, but over time, exposure to elements like water, chemicals, or daily wear can affect the finish. To help prevent fading, we use advanced gold dipping techniques and apply a tarnish-resistant layer. Proper care, such as avoiding water and harsh environments, will help maintain the brilliance of your pieces for longer.

Why does my jewellery not have hallmarks?

Our jewellery is made from high-quality materials like steel and 925 sterling silver, with real 14k gold dipping. However, not all of our pieces meet the weight requirements for hallmarking under UK law. Hallmarks are typically applied to solid precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, or palladium above a certain weight. Since many of our items are gold-dipped rather than solid gold, they do not require hallmarking.

For the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer, simply add 2 items to your cart, and the cheaper item will automatically be free at checkout. For the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, add 3 items to your cart, and the least expensive will be free.

What are the terms and conditions of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free / Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion?

The promotion requires that all items be returned if you wish to process a return. If you choose to return part of your order, the free item must also be returned. If the free item is not returned, the cost of that item will be deducted from your refund or store credit. This ensures the promotion terms are upheld.
